Short answers about the wallet, the network and orders.
What is the wallet?
The sales point's balance with the company. It rises only after a funding request is approved and posted, and every movement shows the balance after it.
How does the distribution network work?
Your sales point belongs to its direct agent or representative under the approved network hierarchy. Send funding requests to that parent.
What does an order status mean?
Pending means the result is not yet confirmed. Success requires a confirmed provider result and the applicable financial posting.
What if the result does not show?
Follow the same order until the provider result is resolved. A timeout does not prove failure or trigger an automatic refund.
How do I get the receipt?
Confirmed transaction details appear in your statement and orders. A receipt is issued only after the sale is confirmed.
When is the app available?
The current images are application design concepts. The download links will be announced after development, review and publication. Passwords and one-time codes are not saved in the app.
Important note
If the result of a sale is unknown, do not buy again. Follow the same reference until the final result shows.
